This Privacy Policy explains how ISDance collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when a parent or guardian books classes, and purchases dancewear/accessories. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

• Information we collect:

We may collect the following information when you make a booking or contact us: Parent/Guardian details (ie, full name, email address, phone number and address required for billing or emergency contact). Student/Child details (ie, full name, date of birth, medical information you voluntarily provide, and any previous dance experience). Payment information (payment details processed securely through our payment provider stripe, we do not store your full card details). Media (photographs, videos, rehearsal time and performances - all only if you consent to our media policy. A separate consent form may be provided).

• How we use your information:

We use your information to - process class bookings and payments. Communicate updates, schedules, or cancellations. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students is met. Provide personalised instruction based on age or experience. Comply with legal or safeguarding requirements. Send newsletters or marketing updates (only if you opt in).

• Sharing your information:
• We will never sell your information. We will only share it with, trusted providers for example stripe our secure payment service, emergency services if required and, to regulatory or safeguarding bodies where legally required. All of these third-party providers follow strict data protection standards.
• Photos and Videos:

We may take photographs and videos for; class documentation, exam submissions, marketing materials, social media posts and show recordings. We will only use images of your child if you have provided explicit consent and you may withdraw at anytime.

• How we store and protect your data:

We store personal information securely using encrypted systems. Access is limited to staff who require it for teaching, administration, or safeguarding purposes. We keep information only for as long as necessary for: Class administration, legal and insurance requirements, safeguarding records (kept according to statutory guidelines).

• Your rights:
